Weekend bookings are normally only available for a minimum of 2 nights, however please enquire.

DB&B rates are available for a minimum of 2 nights and include a 3 course dinner.

3 Night Special rates are subject to availability and include a 3 course dinner each evening.

 No charge on individual bookings cancelled by noon, day prior to arrival. Otherwise the first night will be charged in full.

Group bookings of 2 to 4 rooms the following cancellation charges will apply:
• 0-7 days ........... 100%
• 7-14 days ......... 75%
• 14-28 days ....... 50%

In all cases if the room(s) are re-let, no cancellation charges will be levied.
All rates are inclusive of VAT. Service is not included and is left to our guests discretion. Dogs are welcome in Garden rooms only at a cost of £5.00 / night.
Some of our rooms are suitable for an extra bed for children to share their parents room. £30.00 per extra bed including breakfast.

The Pheasant is not suitable for children under 8 years of age.

 To maintain the all important atmosphere of The Pheasant, we do not accept group bookings of more than 4 rooms (8 persons).
