Terms & Conditions

• Weekend bookings are normally only available for a minimum of 2 nights, however please enquire.
• D,B&B includes a 3 course dinner each evening from the daily menus in the dining room or the bistro. Rates are available for a minimum of 2 nights.
• 3 Night Special rates are subject to availability and include a 3 course dinner each evening from the daily menus in the dining room or the bistro. Please note that The Fell Restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
• Bedding: All our super quality beds are made up with the finest Egyptian cotton, with hypo allergenic duvets and pillows. Feather pillows and blankets are available on request.

• Groups: To maintain the all important atmosphere of The Pheasant, we do not accept group bookings of more that 4 rooms (8 persons).

• VAT: All rates are inclusive of VAT at the prevaling rate.

• Children: Some of our rooms are suitable for an extra bed for children to share their parents room.
  (£30.00 per extra bed including breakfast.)
  The Pheasant is not suitable for children under 8 years of age.

• Dogs: Dogs are welcome in Garden rooms only at a cost of £5.00 per night.

• Cancellation: No charge on individual bookings cancelled by noon, day prior to arrival. Otherwise the first night will be charged in full. For group bookings of 2 to 4 rooms the following cancellation charges will apply: 0-7 days 100%, 7-14 days 75%, 14-28 days - 50%. In all cases, if room(s) are re-let, no cancellation charges will be levied.
